Biphenyl oxadiazole derivatives as sphingosine-1-phosphate receptors modulators

A compound represented by Formula I, its individual enantiomers, individual diastereoisomers, individual tautomers or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,

• R1 is C1-10 alkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, —OC1-10 alkyl, —OH, halogen, aryl, heterocycle;
• R2 is H, C1-10 alkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, —OC1-10 alkyl, —OH, halogen or nitrile;
• X is H, halogen, or Z;
• Q is —(CH2)nN(C2-10)alkylene-, —O(C2-10)alkylene- or —S(C2-10)alkylene-;
• n is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5;
• and
• Z is COOR, SO2NH2, OPO3H2 or —P(O)(R)OH;
• and
• R is H, C1-10 alkyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl.
