Abstract
Novel methods useful for treating a patient with bladder cancer such as superficial bladder cancer includes administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of valrubicin and trospium chloride.
Claims18
A method of treating a patient suffering from bladder cancer comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of valrubicin, trospium chloride, and a mucin degrading enzyme comprising trypsin or hyaluronidase.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of valrubicin or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, trospium chloride, a mucin degrading enzyme comprising trypsin or hyaluronidase, and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
