Abstract
A computer program product prevents the delivery of undesired e-mail message. A remove request is received from a non-desiring client. The remove request identifies a first subject line or a first body text from a previous e-mail message. An active request is updated with the remove request. Responsive to updating the active requests, the non-desiring client is redacted from a previously received message within a message file. The previously received message includes a second subject line that matches the first subject line, or a second body text that matches the first body text.
