Described is a pre-adhesive, curable composition comprising an acid-functional (meth)acrylate copolymer and a novel (meth)acryloyl-aziridine crosslinking agent, which when crosslinked provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.

A crosslinkable composition comprising an acid-functional (meth)acrylate copolymer and the (meth)acryloyl-aziridine crosslinking agent of the formula:
- wherein
- X1 and X2 are each independently —O— or —NH—;
- R2 is a (hetero)hydrocarbyl group,
- R4 is —H or CH3;
- y is 0 or 1;
- each R3 is independently —H or a C1-C4 alkyl group.
