Abstract
The present invention relates to novel oxadiazole derivatives having pharmacological activity, processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in the treatment of various disorders.
Claims4
A compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- A is phenyl or a 5 or 6-membered heteroaryl ring;
- R1 is up to two substituents independently selected from halogen, C(1-3))alkoxy, C(1-3)fluoroalkyl, cyano, C(1-3)fluoroalkoxy, C(1-6)alkyl and C(3-6)cycloalkyl;
- R2 is hydrogen, halogen or C(1-4)alkyl;
- B is selected from one of the following:
- R3 is hydrogen or C(1-3)alkyl;
- R4 is (CH2)1-3CO2H;
- when R2 or R4 is alkyl it may be optionally interrupted by oxygen.
