A compound of formula (I),

• wherein:
• -------- (dotted line) represents an optional bond;
• R1 is:
• where:
• R3 and R4 are, independently of each other:
• hydrogen;
• hydroxyl;
• alkoxy;
• C1-C4 alkyl;
• amino;
• or aryl;
• R5, R6 and R7 are, independently of each other:
• hydrogen;
• C1-C4 alkyl;
• or aryl;
• n is 0, 1 or 2;
• and
• the arrows indicate the point of attachment of R1 group;
• R2 is:
• mono or bicyclic heteroaryl, containing one nitrogen and optionally another heteroatom selected from nitrogen, sulphur or oxygen;
• which may be unsubstituted or substituted with R8, wherein R8 is:
• hydrogen;
• hydroxyl;
• alkoxy;
• C1-C4 alkyl;
• halogen;
• amino;
• or aryl;
• and
• a stereoisomer, geometric isomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
