A non solvated crystalline hydrochloride salt of 5-[3-(3-hydroxyphenoxy)azetidin-1-yl]-5-methyl-2,2-diphenyl hexanamide having an X-ray diffraction pattern comprising the following principal X-ray diffraction pattern peaks expressed in terms of 2-theta angle when measured using Cu Kα1 radiation (Wavelength=1.5406 Å)
