Abstract
A method of treating an autoimmune disease such as Multiple Sclerosis is disclosed. The method comprises administering to a subject a therapeutically effective amount of CXCL11. Polypeptides and pharmaceutical compositions for treating same are also disclosed.

A method of suppressing disease severity of multiple sclerosis in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of CXCL11 (GeneBank Accession No. AAH05292), thereby suppressing disease severity of multiple sclerosis in the subject.
