Abstract
Methods and compositions suitable for modulating angiogenesis in a mammalian tissue are provided. Further provided are methods suitable for inhibiting metastasis and fibrosis in a mammalian tissue and for assessing the malignancy of colon cancer tumors.
Claims13
A method of inhibiting angiogenesis in a subject, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject an antibody or antibody fragment that specifically binds to a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2,
- thereby inhibiting angiogenesis in the subject.
A method of inhibiting angiogenesis in a subject, the method comprising:
- administering to the subject a monoclonal antibody or monoclonal antibody fragment that specifically binds a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2,
- thereby inhibiting angiogenesis in the subject.
