## Abstract

The wireless communication device and the method thereof which implements the 1st function, the 2nd function, and the 3rd function; when the 1st function is implemented, the video image generator processes a plurality of two-dimensional images and the plurality of two-dimensional images are displayed on the display; when the 2nd function is implemented, the video image generator processes a plurality of two-dimensional images and a plurality of three-dimensional images, both of which are displayed on the display; and when the 3rd function is implemented, the picture retrieved by the camera is processed by the video image generator, which is displayed on the display.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A wireless communication device comprising an input device to operate said wireless communication device, a microphone to retrieve audio data, a speaker to output audio data, a camera to retrieve picture, a video image generator to generate a plurality of images, and a display to display said plurality of images;
wherein said wireless communication device implements a 1st mode, a 2nd mode, and a 3rd mode;
wherein said video image generator generates two-dimensional images, which are displayed on said display under said 1st mode;
wherein said video image generator generates two-dimensional images and three-dimensional images, both of which are displayed on said display simultaneously under said 2nd mode; and
wherein the picture retrieved by said camera is processed by said video image generator, which is displayed on said display under said 3rd mode.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein said three-dimensional images indicate computer generated three-dimensional objects located in a computer generated three-dimensional space.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein said three-dimensional images indicate computer generated three-dimensional objects located in a computer generated three-dimensional space, and said two-dimensional images are images other than said three-dimensional images.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein said 2nd mode is implemented when a three-dimensional image generating signal is input to said video image generator.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein said video image generator includes a video processor.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein said 1st mode is terminated and said 2nd mode is initiated or vice versa by way of utilizing said input device.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The wireless communication device of claim 1, wherein each of said three-dimensional images includes a plurality of polygons.

### Claim 8

A method for a wireless communication device comprising an input device to operate said wireless communication device, a microphone to retrieve audio data, a speaker to output audio data, a camera to retrieve picture, a video image generator to generate a plurality of images, and a display to display said plurality of images, said method comprising:
a 1st function implementing step, wherein said video image generator generates two-dimensional images, which are displayed on said display;
a 2nd function implementing step, wherein said video image generator generates two-dimensional images and three-dimensional images, both of which are displayed on said display simultaneously; and
a 3rd function implementing step, wherein the picture retrieved by said camera is processed by said video image generator, which is displayed on said display.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein said three-dimensional images indicate computer generated three-dimensional objects located in a computer generated three-dimensional space.

### Claim 10 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein said three-dimensional images indicate computer generated three-dimensional objects located in a computer generated three-dimensional space, and said two-dimensional images are images other than said three-dimensional images.

### Claim 11 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein said 2nd function implementing step is performed when a three-dimensional image generating signal is input to said video image generator.

### Claim 12 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein said video image generator includes a video processor.

### Claim 13 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, wherein said 1st function implementing step is terminated and said 2nd function implementing step is initiated or vice versa by way of utilizing said input device.

### Claim 14

A method for a wireless communication device comprising an input device to operate said wireless communication device, a microphone to retrieve audio data, a speaker to output audio data, a camera to retrieve picture, a video image generator to generate a plurality of images, and a display to display said plurality of images, said method comprising:
a 1st function implementing step, wherein said video image generator generates two-dimensional images, which are displayed on said display;
a 2nd function implementing step, wherein said video image generator generates two-dimensional images and three-dimensional images, both of which are displayed on said display simultaneously; and
a 3rd function implementing step, wherein the picture retrieved by said camera is processed by said video image generator, which is displayed on said display;
wherein when said wireless communication device receives a certain wireless signal while implementing said 2nd function implementing step, said 1st function implementing step is implemented.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

The method of claim 14, wherein said three-dimensional images indicate computer generated three-dimensional objects located in a computer generated three-dimensional space.
