A method for treating obesity in a diabetic subject in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of a compound according to the formula (Aib8,35)hGLP-1(7-36)NH2 (SEQ ID NO:2), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
