Abstract
A chromatographic mass spectrometer 100, 150 is provided with a measuring portion 21 for measuring n-alkane of a number of different carbon numbers, and characterized by further having: a mass number storing portion 31 for storing the mass number for each n-alkane; and a mass chromatogram preparing portion 22 for preparing a mass chromatogram for each mass number by focusing on the mass number on the basis of the mass spectrum.
Claims2
A method of chromatographic mass spectrometry, comprising:
- measuring n-alkane of a number of different carbon numbers simultaneously;
- storing the mass number corresponding to the molecular weight of each n-alkane in a memory;
- preparing a mass chromatogram for each mass number that has been stored by a processor;
- and
- determining that the peak, where the ion intensity becomes a maximum in the mass chromatogram prepared focusing on each mass number, is the peak of the n-alkane having the molecular weight corresponding to this mass number by the processor.
