Abstract
Method of stimulating an immune response (e.g., to treat cancer) include administering to a patient a composition including dendritic cells that present cancer stem cell antigens. Compositions including cancer stem cell antigens are also provided herein.
Claims15
A method of treating glioblastoma in a patient, the method comprising:
- obtaining a population of dendritic cells;
- contacting the dendritic cells with a glioblastoma cancer stem cell antigen composition consisting essentially of antigens derived from isolated glioblastoma cancer stem cells under conditions such that the dendritic cells present glioblastoma cancer stem cell antigens;
- and
- administering to a patient a composition comprising the dendritic cells.

- administering to a patient a composition consisting essentially of dendritic cells that present glioblastoma cancer stem cell antigens.
