Adhesive sheet for steel plate

An adhesive sheet for steel plate, comprising:

• a restricting layer;
• and
• a resin layer,
• wherein the restricting layer comprises a resin-coated glass fiber cloth made by a method comprising
• weaving glass fiber bundles, which are formed by bundling a plurality of glass filaments, into a glass fiber cloth;
• and
• impregnating water dispersed epoxy resin composition in the glass fiber cloth, wherein the epoxy resin composition in the resin-coated glass fiber cloth comprises 1-10 parts by weight of acrylic acid polymer as a thickening agent per 100 parts by weight of the epoxy resin composition and is impregnated in the glass fiber cloth in a proportion of 2-15 parts by weight of the epoxy resin composition per 100 parts by weight of the glass fiber cloth, and wherein pH of the epoxy resin composition is controlled such that viscosity of the epoxy resin composition results in a permeability rate of the epoxy resin composition to the glass fiber bundles in the range of 20-70%;
• wherein a mixing ratio of the acrylic acid polymer to a total amount of water dispersion of the epoxy resin composition is in a range of 0.2-2.0 weight %;
• and
• wherein the resin-coated glass fiber cloth has air permeability of not more than 0.5 cm3/cm2/sec.
