Abstract
A measurement device. The measurement device comprises a note control component, adapted to obtain and record a note that is input with respect to a measuring event of the measurement device; and a Central Processing Unit (CPU), adapted to link the note with the measuring event.
Claims34
A system of note taking for measurement devices, comprising:
- an electronic measurement device, adapted to perform measurements in measuring events, to receive and record a note that is input corresponding to an individual measuring event, and to link the note with the individual measuring event, the note being information other than measurement of the individual measuring event;
- an inputting device, adapted to input into the electronic measurement device the note corresponding to the individual measuring event;
- and
- a manipulating device, adapted to manipulate the note.

- a note control component, adapted to receive and record a note that is input corresponding to an individual measuring event of the measurement device, the note being information other than measurement of the individual measuring event;
- and
- a Central Processing Unit (CPU), adapted to link the note with the individual measuring event.
A method of note taking in an electronic measurement device, comprising the steps of:
- receiving and recording a note corresponding to an individual measuring event of the electronic measurement device input from a note input device, the note being information other than measurement of the individual measuring event;
- and
- linking the note with the individual measuring event.
