Abstract
The present invention relates to substituted pyridazinylamine derivatives of the formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof, wherein the substituents are defined as in the description, their preparation process, pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and uses of the said compounds as picorna virus inhibitors for prevention and/or treatment of diseases caused by picorna viruses.

A compound of the formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salt:
- wherein:
- X is CH;
- Y is O or S;
- W is C or N;
- R1, R2, R3 each independently is hydrogen or halogen;
- R4, R5, R6 each independently is hydrogen, halogen, Cl˜C8 straight or branched alkyl, C1˜C8 straight or branched alkoxy, nitro, cyano, —COOR7, —CH2—O—R8, —CH2 COOR7, —COR7;
- each R7 independently is hydrogen or C1˜C8 straight or branched alkyl;
- and
- R8 is hydrogen or cyano.
