An isolated antibody, or fragment thereof, that specifically binds human 5T4 antigen, wherein the antibody or antibody fragment comprises an antigen binding domain of, competes for 5T4 binding with, or binds a 5T4 epitope bound by, an antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region having an amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO:2 and a light chain variable region having an amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO:4.
An isolated antibody that specifically binds to a human 5T4 epitope comprising residues 173-252 and 276-355 of SEQ ID NO:87.
