Receiver apparatus and method for tracking and rejecting transmit signal in wireless communication system

A method of operating a receiver for tracking and rejecting a Transmit (Tx) signal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of:

• generating a control voltage using a phase locked loop according to channel frequency information of the Tx signal and a reference frequency;
• oscillating an oscillation frequency according to the control voltage using a Tx signal tracker/rejector;
• determining whether the oscillation frequency is equal to the channel frequency of the Tx signal by comparing the two frequencies;
• and
• if the two frequencies are equal to each other, filtering a signal corresponding to the oscillation frequency among signals input to the Tx signal tracker/rejector.

A method of operating a receiver for tracking and rejecting a Transmit (Tx) signal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

• receiving channel frequency information of the Tx signal;
• generating an oscillation frequency corresponding to the channel frequency information of the Tx signal;
• and
• filtering a signal corresponding to the oscillation frequency among signals input to a low noise amplifier.
