Abstract
An exemplary portable electronic device includes a main body and a battery therein. The main body has a wind power generating and charging module mounted therein. The wind power generating and charging module includes a wind turbine generator and a control circuit. The control circuit is configured for controlling the wind generator to charge the battery.

A portable electronic device, comprising:
- a main body;
- a battery mounted in the main body;
- and
- a wind power generating and charging module mounted in the main body, the wind power generating and charging module comprising a wind turbine generator and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit is configured for controlling the wind generator to charge the battery, the control circuit comprises a digital signal processing chip, an energy storage device, a first switch, and a second switch;
- the first switch and the wind turbine generator are connected in series;
- the second switch and the battery are connected in series;
- the wind turbine generator, the battery and the energy storage device are connected in parallel.

- a display screen mounted in the main body;
- a keyboard located at one side of the display screen;
- a battery mounted in the main body;
