Abstract
An electroluminescent display device may include a display area formed on one surface of a substrate. It may further include a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, and an electroluminescent emission layer between the first and second electrode layers. It may also include an electrode power supply line that supplies electrode power to the display area. The electrode power supply line can be located at least partially on an outer periphery of the display area, and may directly contact the second electrode layer. An electrical component may be arranged under the electrode power supply line, and may have one or more conductive layers.
Claims13
An electroluminescent display device, comprising:
- a display area formed on one surface of a substrate with a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, and an electroluminescent emission layer between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer;
- an electrode power supply line to supply electrode power to the display area, the electrode power supply line comprising a layer arranged along at least a portion of an outer periphery of the display area and being in direct contact with the second electrode layer;
- and
- an electrical component arranged under the electrode power supply line, the electrical component comprising a conductive layer,
- wherein the electrode power supply line overlaps the electrical component,
- wherein the electrical component is a driver circuit for applying an electric signal to the display area, and
- wherein the conductive layer is arranged directly under the electrode power supply line.
