A compound having formula I
- wherein X1 is OH, O-acyl, O—C1-8 alkylsilyl or O—C1-8 alkyloxy-C1-8 alkyl;
- wherein X2 is C1-6 alkoxy;
- and
- wherein X3 is chlorine, bromine, iodine, O-tosyl or O-mesyl.
