Certain cyclopropyl amines are histamine H3 modulators useful in the treatment of histamine H3 receptor mediated diseases.

A compound that is (4-cyclopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-[4-(4-fluoro-piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-phenyl]-methanone, or enantiomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
A compound that is (4-cyclopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-[4-(4-fluoro-piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-phenyl]-methanone citrate salt.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and an effective amount of (4-cyclopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-[4-(4-fluoro-piperidin-1-ylmethyl)-phenyl]-methanone, or enantiomers or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
