Claims15
A purified or recombinantly produced antibody that binds an oxidized fragment of apo-lipoprotein B wherein the fragment is VISIPRLQAEARSEILAHWS (SEQ ID NO:
- 3).
A purified or recombinantly produced antibody that binds an aldehyde-derivatized fragment of apo-lipoprotein B wherein the fragment is VISIPRLQAEARSEILAHWS (SEQ ID NO:
- 3).
A method of therapeutic treatment of a mammal, suffering from atherosclerosis, comprising administering to said mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a purified or recombinantly produced antibody that binds a fragment of apo-lipoprotein B wherein the fragment is VISIPRLQAEARSEILAHWS (SEQ ID NO:
- 3).
