Abstract
A blower type chemical diffusing apparatus is disclosed which can be of service for an extended period of time and does not give rise to refuse disposal problems. The blower type chemical diffusing apparatus of the invention has an air blower, a chemical retainer and a fuel cell included in the apparatus body whereby powering the air blower to drive it with the fuel cell causes chemical from the chemical retainer to be emitted into an environmental atmosphere.
Claims4
A blower chemical diffusing apparatus comprising:
- an air blower;
- a chemical retainer;
- and
- a fuel cell;
- wherein:
- the air blower, the chemical retainer and the fuel cell are included in an apparatus body, and the fuel cell is arranged to power the air blower;
- when the air blower is powered by the fuel cell to be driven, the air blower causes a chemical from the chemical retainer to be emitted into an environmental atmosphere;
- the fuel cell comprises a cell body and a fuel tank;
- the apparatus body comprises an air flow passage through which air flows while the air blower is being driven, and the fuel cell is provided in said air flow passage;
- and
- the cell body is provided in said air flow passage so that air passes through a space in the cell body in which product water is produced.
A blower chemical diffusing apparatus, comprising:
- an air blower;
- a chemical retainer;
- and
- a fuel cell;
- wherein:
- the air blower, the chemical retainer and the fuel cell are included in an apparatus body, and the fuel cell is arranged to power the air blower;
- when the air blower is powered by the fuel cell to be driven, the air blower causes a chemical from the chemical retainer to be emitted into an environmental atmosphere;
- the fuel cell comprises a cell body and a fuel tank;
- the chemical retainer comprises a chemical impregnated body adapted to be heated by heat produced while the fuel cell is generating electric power to volatilize the chemical from the chemical impregnated body;
- and
- the apparatus body comprises an air flow passage through which air flows while the air blower is being driven;
- and
- the cell body is arranged upstream of the chemical retainer in said air flow passage.
A blower chemical diffusing apparatus, comprising:
- an air blower;
- a chemical retainer;
- and
- a fuel cell;
- wherein:
- the air blower, the chemical retainer and the fuel cell are included in an apparatus body, and the fuel cell is arranged to power the air blower;
- when the air blower is powered by the fuel cell to be driven, the air blower causes a chemical from the chemical retainer to be emitted into an environmental atmosphere;
- the fuel cell comprises a cell body and a fuel tank;
- the apparatus body comprises an air flow passage through which air flows while the air blower is being driven, and the fuel cell is provided in said air flow passage;
- and
- the cell body is arranged upstream of the chemical retainer in said air flow passage.
