Insecticidal substituted azinyl derivatives

A compound of formula (I)

• wherein
• A, B and D represent N, CH or CR3, with the proviso that only two of A, B or D are N;
• R1 represents C1-C4 alkyl substituted with from one up to the maximum number of fluorine or chlorine atoms;
• R2 represents Cl, CF3, O(C1-C3 alkyl), NH(C1-C3 alkyl) or N(C1-C3 alkyl)2 in which each of the C1-C3 alkyl groups is optionally substituted with from one up to the maximum number of fluorine atoms;
• R3 represents H, F, Cl, Br, I, C1-C3 alkyl or O(C1-C3 alkyl) in which each of the C1-C3 alkyl groups is optionally substituted with from one up to the maximum number of fluorine atoms;
• R4 represents H, C1-C3 alkyl (optionally substituted with alkoxy, benzyloxy or —OC(O)R7), or CO2R6;
• R5 represents H, C1-C3 alkyl (optionally substituted with C1-C3 alkoxy, F, CN or CO2R), OH, C1-C3 alkoxy or CO2R6, or R4 and R5 taken together represent —CH2CH2— or —C(O)CH2—;
• R6 represents H or C1-C3 alkyl;
• R7 represents C1-C3 alkyl;
• W represents O or S;
• Ar represents a phenyl group substituted with one to four substituents independently selected from F, Cl, Br, I, NO2, CN, SCF3, SO2CF3, C1-C3 alky substituted with from one up to the maximum number of chlorine or fluorine atoms, or C1-C3 alkoxy optionally substituted with from one up to the maximum number of chlorine or fluorine atoms;

• X and Y independently represent H, F, Cl, Br, I, NO2, CN, SCF3, SO2CF3, C1-C3 alky substituted with from one up to the maximum number of chlorine or fluorine atoms, or C1-C3 alkoxy optionally substituted with from one up to the maximum number of chlorine or fluorine atoms.
