A compound which is N-Cyclopropyl-3-fluoro-5-[2-(3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropyl)-4-{[(2R)-2-methylpiperazin-1-yl]methyl-1-oxo-1,2-dihydroisoquinolin-6-yl]-4-methylbenzamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or N-oxide thereof.
