Abstract
A handheld power tool has a housing, a tool receptacle, a motor having a motor shaft, an intermediate shaft, an element for transmitting a rotation of the motor shaft to a rotary motion of the intermediate shaft, a drive mechanism for a tool insertable into the tool receptacle, the drive mechanism being provided with an element for converting the rotary motion of the intermediate shaft into a rotary motion of the tool receptacle and an element for converting the rotary motion into the intermediate shaft into a hammering motion of the tool receptacle, wherein the motor shaft is coaxial with the intermediate shaft, and there is an element for coupling the motor shaft to the intermediate shaft.
Claims11
A handheld power tool, comprising;
- a housing;
- a tool receptacle;
- a motor having a motor shaft;
- an intermediate shaft;
- means for transmitting a rotation of said motor shaft to a rotary motion of said intermediate shaft;
- a drive mechanism for a tool insertable into said tool receptacle, said drive mechanism being provided with means for converting the rotary motion of said intermediate shaft into a rotary motion of said tool receptacle and means for converting the rotary motion of said intermediate shaft into a hammering motion in a hammer mechanism coupled to said tool receptacle, wherein said motor shaft is coaxial with said intermediate shaft to form a coaxial structure;
- means for coupling said motor shaft to said intermediate shaft,
- wherein said means for coupling said motor shaft to said intermediate shaft, said means for converting the rotary motion of said intermediate shaft into a rotary motion of said tool receptacle and said means for converting the rotary motion of said intermediate shaft into a hammering motion are arranged on said coaxial structure, and
- wherein said motor is an electronically commutated DC motor.
A handheld power tool, comprising,
- a housing;
- a tool receptacle;
- a motor having a motor shaft, wherein said motor is an electronically commutated DC motor supplied with energy by a battery;
- an intermediate shaft;
- means for transmitting a rotation of said motor shaft to a rotary motion of said intermediate shaft;
- a drive mechanism for a tool insertable into said tool receptacle, said drive mechanism being provided with means for converting the rotary motion of said intermediate shaft into a rotary motion of said tool receptacle and means for converting the rotary motion of said intermediate shaft into a hammering motion in a hammer mechanism coupled to said tool receptacle, wherein said motor shaft is coaxial with said intermediate shaft;
- and
- means for coupling said motor shaft to said intermediate shaft.
