Abstract
The invention relates to a transparent conductor provided with a base comprising a first a resin, a conductive layer comprising conductive particles and a second resin, and an intermediate layer composed of a third resin formed between the base and the conductive layer, wherein the glass transition temperature Tg of the intermediate layer is lower than the Tg of the conductive layer.

A transparent conductor provided with
- a base,
- a conductive layer comprising conductive particles and a resin, wherein surfaces of said conductive particles are treated with a surface treatment agent having hydrophobic vinyl end groups, and
- a barrier layer comprising an acrylic polymer and at least one inorganic compound selected from the group consisting of SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, ZnO and ZrO2,
- wherein said barrier layer is formed between said base and said conductive layer, said barrier layer is a continuous conductive layer, and said barrier layer is in contact with at least a part of said conductive particles in said conductive layer.
