An exhaust gas processing device, comprising:

• a holding sealer wound around at least a portion of an outer surface of an exhaust gas processing body;
• wherein the holding sealer includes inorganic fibers, wherein the inorganic fibers include a lump-shaped cohered fiber comprising a cohesion body of fibers, the cohesion body of fibers having a dimension of about 1 mm-5 mm in diameter constructed by intertwining at least 10 or more fibers, and wherein a ratio of the lump-shaped cohered fiber included in the inorganic fibers is based on a total mass of the inorganic fibers and is in a range between about 10 wt % and about 30 wt %.
