Abstract
The present invention relates to a method comprising treatment with cutinase for detoxification of feed products contaminated by the mycotoxin zearalenone.
Claims16
A process for degrading zearalenone in a feed product which process comprises treating said feed product with a cutinase in a medium, wherein the dosage of the cutinase is 0.01-100 mg enzyme protein per kg dry matter.
