Abstract
An anti-friction layer for a bearing element may comprise a synthetic polymer layer. The polymer layer comprises at least a first part-layer and a second part-layer of a different composition.
Claims22
An anti-friction layer for a plain bearing comprising a synthetic polymer layer, wherein the polymer layer comprises at least a first part-layer and a second part-layer with a different composition than the first-part layer, the first part-layer contains at least one solid lubricant in a proportion selected from a range with a lower limit of 5% by weight and an upper limit of 20% by weight, and the second part-layer contains at least one solid lubricant in a proportion selected from a range with a lower limit of 15% by weight and an upper limit of 50% by weight, the proportion of the at least one solid lubricant in the second part-layer is higher than in the first part-layer, and the second part-layer serves as mating face for a component to be mounted.
