Abstract
An output circuit of a semiconductor device includes a signal selector configured to receive first and second input data signals and sequentially outputting the first and second input data signals in response to a phase signal; and an output level controller configured to control a voltage level of an output signal of the signal selector based on the first and second input data signals.
Claims9
An output circuit of a semiconductor device, comprising:
- a signal selector configured to receive first and second input signals to sequentially output the first and second input signals in response to a phase signal;
- and
- an output level controller configured to receive the first and second input signals and to control a voltage level of an output signal of the signal selector based on the first and second input signals,
- wherein an output signal of the output level controller is obtained by combining the first and second input signals and the output circuit is configured to combine the output signal of the signal selector and the output signal of the output level controller at a common output node of the signal selector and the output level controller.
