Abstract
In a semiconductor device having a plurality of thin film transistors and matrix wiring lines formed on a substrate, the matrix wiring lines are electrically connected via resistors in order to prevent electrostatic destructions during a panel manufacture process and improve a manufacture yield.
Claims14
A photoelectric conversion device comprising:
- a matrix panel having a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements each having first and second electrodes, a plurality of thin film transistors each having gate, source and drain wherein one of the source and the drain is electrically connected to the first electrode of corresponding photoelectric conversion element, a plurality of gate lines electrically connected to the plurality of gates, and a bias line electrically connected to the second electrode;
- a first driver electrically connected to the plurality of gate lines for supplying the gates with a voltage;
- and
- a second driver electrically connected to the bias line for supplying the photoelectric conversion element with a bias for separating an electron and a hole generated by a photoelectric conversion;
- wherein the matrix panel has a resistor for electrically connecting the bias line with the plurality of gate lines, the resistor includes a first resistor for electrically connecting the bias line with one of the plurality of gate lines, and a second resistor for electrically connecting between the plurality of gate lines and the plurality of gate lines.
