Thiazole derivatives and use thereof

A thiazole derivative according to Formula (I),

• wherein R1 is selected from cycloalkyl or acyl;
• R2 is selected from H, halogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl or C2-C6-alkynyl;
• R3 is selected from the following thienyl groups:
• R4 is selected from C2-C6-alkenyl, C2-C6-alkynyl, alkoxycarbonyl, sulfonyl or acyl;
• R5 and R6 are independently selected from H, C1-C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C2-C6-alkynyl or halogen;
• and isomers, enantiomers, diastereomers, racemates and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
