Abstract
Embodiments of wireless antenna array systems to achieve three-dimensional beam coverage are described herein. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
Claims8
An apparatus for 60 GHz band wireless communication, comprising:
- a wireless communications device to communicate in the 60 GHz band using a planar antenna on a first substrate and an endfire antenna on a third substrate, wherein the endfire antenna and the planar antenna are connected to an integrated circuit through a via in a second substrate.
