Abstract
Disclosed herein are substituted pyrazine compounds and tautomers, stereoisomers, solvates, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for the treatment of conditions mediated by the blockade of an epithelial sodium channel, particularly an inflammatory or allergic condition, including compounds of formula I:

A compound of formula (I)
- or tautomers, or stereoisomers, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof,
- wherein
- M1 and M2 are independently
- R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R5a, R5b and R6 are H;
- L1 and L2 are independently selected from:
- A is phenyl;
- W1 and W2 are independently selected from C0-C8-alkylene;
- X1 is —NR7(C═O)— and X2 is —(C═O)NR7—, independently, by way of a C1-C4-alkyl group can form a bond with a carbon atom of group W or Y to create a 5- to 14-membered heterocyclic group;
- R7 is independently selected from H, and C1-C8-alkyl;
- Y1 and Y2 are independently selected from —(C0-C8-alkylene)-;
- and
- T is a halogen.
