Claims8
A method for promoting angiogenesis comprising:
- administering to a subject in need thereof a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a human recombinant thrombomodulin polypeptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acids Ala242 to Ser515 of SEQ ID NO:2;
- and
- thereby inducing formation of new capillaries and promoting angiogenesis in the subject.
A method for promoting angiogenesis in a subject comprising:
- administering to a subject in need thereof a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a human recombinant thrombomodulin polypeptide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acids Ala242 to Cys480 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 and thereby inducing formation of new capillaries and promoting angiogenesis in the subject.
A composition comprising:
- i) a therapeutically effective amount of a human recombinant thrombomodulin polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acids Ala242 to Ser515 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
