A constructional board capable of capturing and decomposing formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, comprising:
- the constructional board;
- a coating layer formed on the surface of the constructional board;
- and
- a surface coating formed on the coating layer, wherein
- the a surface coating comprises colloidal silica and an aldehyde capturing agent.
