Staple refill, stapler and cartridge

A refill for staples which is installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, or in a cartridge provided for said stapler body, comprising:

• a refill body holding sheet-type connected staples;
• and
• a pressing member which presses the sheet-type connected staples, wherein
• said refill body comprises:
• a bottom wall;
• a front wall provided in a front portion of said bottom wall;
• a right wall provided in a right portion of said bottom wall;
• a left wall provided in a left portion of said bottom wall;
• and a locking plate provided against a rear portion of said bottom wall,
• a locking section provided in said locking plate, the locking section mechanically interacts and locks with a locked section formed in said stapler body or said cartridge,
• a delivery port is formed in a lower portion of said front wall,
• a guide slot extending in the vertical direction is provided on each of said right and left walls,
• said pressing member has a guide shaft guided in said guide slot, and
• a concave portion is formed in the lower portion of said guide slot so that said guide shaft of said pressing member resting on said bottom wall gets out of said guide slot to allow forward movement of said pressing member.

A refill for staples which is installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, or in a cartridge provided for said stapler body, comprising:

• a refill body holding sheet-type connected staples;
• and
• a pressing member which is movably provided in said refill body, and presses the sheet-type connected staples, wherein
• a delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples is formed in said refill body, and a locking plate is provided at a side opposite to said delivery port,
• a locking section provided in said locking plate, the locking section mechanically interacts and locks with a locked section formed in said stapler body or said cartridge,
• said locking section on said locking plate is prevented from getting out of said locked section in said stapler body or said cartridge when the sheet-type connected staples are pressed, and
• said locking section on said locking plate can get out of said locked section in said stapler body or said cartridge when an external force is applied to said locking section when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed;
• wherein said refill body comprises:
• a bottom wall;
• a front wall provided in a front portion of said bottom wall;
• a right wall provided in a right portion of said bottom wall;
• a left wall provided in a left portion of said bottom wall;
• and the locking plate rotatably provided against a rear portion of said bottom wall,
• said delivery port is formed in a lower portion of said front wall,
• a guide slot extending in the vertical direction is provided on each of said right and left walls, and a concave portion is formed toward the front in a lower portion of each guide slot,
• said pressing member has a guide shaft guided in said guide slot, and
• said guide shaft gets out of said guide slot and enters into said concave portion to disengage the rear portion of said pressing member and said locking plate, and said locking plate can be rotated in the unlocking direction when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed.

A refill for staples which is adapted to be installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, or in a cartridge provided for said stapler body, comprising:

• a refill body holding sheet-type connected staples;
• a pressing member which is movably provided in said refill body, and presses the sheet-type connected staples, wherein
• a delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples is formed in said refill body, and a locking plate is provided at a side opposite to said delivery port;
• a locking section provided in said locking plate, the locking section mechanically interacts and locks with a locked section formed in said stapler body or said cartridge, and
• said locking section on said locking plate can get out of said locked section in said stapler body or said cartridge when an external force is applied to said locking section only when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed by the pressing member;
• further comprising a projection for backward-motion prevention, which prevents the sheet-type connected staples from moving to a direction opposite to said delivery port, is formed in said pressing member.

A refill for staples which is adapted to be installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, or in a cartridge provided for said stapler body, comprising:

• a refill body holding sheet-type connected staples;
• a pressing member which is movably provided in said refill body, and presses the sheet-type connected staples, wherein
• a delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples is formed in said refill body, and a locking plate is provided at a side opposite to said delivery port;
• a locking section provided in said locking plate, the locking section mechanically interacts and locks with a locked section formed in said stapler body or said cartridge, and
• said locking section on said locking plate can get out of said locked section in said stapler body or said cartridge when an external force is applied to said locking section only when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed by the pressing member;
• further comprising a projection for backward-motion prevention, which prevents the sheet-type connected staples from moving to a direction opposite to said delivery port, is formed in a bottom wall of the refill body and in the pressing member.

A refill for staples which is adapted to be installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, or in a cartridge provided for said stapler body, comprising:

• a refill body holding sheet-type connected staples;
• a pressing member which is movably provided in said refill body, and presses the sheet-type connected staples, wherein
• a delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples formed in said refill body, and a locking plate provided at a side opposite to said delivery port;
• a locking section provided in said locking plate, the locking section mechanically interacts and locks with a locked section formed in said stapler body or said cartridge, wherein
• said locking plate is prevented from moving in the unlocking direction by the sheet-type connected staples held in said refill body;
• and
• said locking section on said locking plate can get out of said locked section in said stapler body or said cartridge when an external force is applied to said locking section when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed by the pressing member
• wherein said refill body comprises:
• a bottom wall;
• a front wall provided in a front portion of said bottom wall;
• a right wall provided in a right portion of said bottom wall;
• a left wall provided in a left portion of said bottom wall;
• and said locking plate rotatably provided against a rear portion of said bottom wall,
• said delivery port is formed in a lower portion of said front wall,
• a guide slot extending in the vertical direction is provided on each of said right and left walls, and a concave portion is formed toward the front in a lower portion of each guide slot,
• said pressing member has a guide shaft guided in said guide slot,
• when the sheet-type connected staples are pressed, said guide shaft is guided in said guide slot,
• when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed, said guide shaft gets out of said guide slot and enters into said concave portion, and said locking plate can be rotated in the unlocking direction.

A refill for staples which is installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, or in a cartridge provided for said stapler body, comprising:

• a refill body holding sheet-type connected staples;
• and
• a pressing member which is movably provided in said refill body, and presses the sheet-type connected staples, wherein
• a delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples is formed in said refill body, and
• a projection for backward-motion prevention, which prevents the sheet-type connected staples from moving to a direction opposite to said delivery port, is formed in a bottom wall of the refill body and in the pressing member,
• wherein said projection for backward-motion prevention on said pressing member is formed out of phase with said projection for backward-motion prevention on said bottom wall.
