Abstract
The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein X, R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are as described herein. The invention also includes preparative methods for the preparation of compounds of formula (I). A method for the therapeutic use of the inventive compounds is also disclosed and claimed.

A compound of the formula (I):
- wherein:
- X represents an oxygen atom;
- R1 represents a —N(R7)SO2R8;
- R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)alkyl;
- R3 represents:
- a (C1-C6)alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by:
- a naphthyl which is unsubstituted or substituted one or more times by substituents chosen independently from a halogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkyl, a (C1-C4)alkoxy or a trifluoromethyl radical;
- R4 and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a (C1-C4)alkyl, a (C1-C4)alkoxy, a trifluoromethyl radical or a nitro;
- R7 represents a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)alkyl;
- and
- R8 represents a (C1-C4)alkyl or a trifluoromethyl radical;
- or
- a salt thereof.
