Labeled resin container

An in-mold labeled resin container comprising:

• a thermoplastic resin container body having a labeled area and a non-labeled area, the labeled area comprising a label integrally fitted to the thermoplastic resin container body and having a label-edge part, the non-labeled area having a label-surrounding part, the thermoplastic resin container body having a volume which is from 1.5 liters to 300 liters,
• wherein the label-edge part of the labeled area has a product A of Gurley stiffness (m·kgf) and a 3% elongation load (kgf), the label-surrounding part of the non-labeled area has a product B of Gurley stiffness and a 3% elongation load, and the product A and the product B has a ratio, A/B, which is from 0.05 to 0.6,
• wherein the label is fitted to the thermoplastic resin container body such that a lower Gurley stiffness direction of the label is arranged to be vertical with respect to a bottom of the container when the bottom of the container is horizontal,
• wherein the label has a thermoplastic resin-containing substrate layer and a heat-seal resin layer formed on one surface of the thermoplastic resin-containing substrate layer, and the label is integrally fitted to the thermoplastic resin container body via the heat-seal resin layer,
• wherein the thermoplastic resin-containing substrate layer comprises a stretched resin film that contains from 30 to 100% by weight of a thermoplastic resin and from 0 to 70% of at least one of an inorganic fine powder and an organic filler, and
• wherein the label has a plurality of corners each of which has a radius of curvature of at least 5 mm.
