An anti-human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) monoclonal antibody or a binding fragment thereof, wherein said antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region containing the CDR amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 1, 2 and 3 and a light chain variable region containing the CDR amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 4, 5 and 6.
