A fusion protein comprising consisting of R2, R1 and F, in the N-terminus to C-terminus direction, and optionally a spacer sequence at one or more positions selected from the group consisting of:
- (i) between R2 and R1 and (ii) between R1 and F, wherein:
- R2 consists of amino acids 35-233 of SEQ ID NO:4;
- R1 consists of amino acids 28-335 of SEQ ID NO:2;
- F consists of an immunoglobulin-derived domain selected from the group consisting of an Fc domain of IgG and a heavy chain of IgG;
- and
- each spacer sequence consists of Ser-Gly or Arg-Ser.
A fusion protein comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:6 and SEQ ID NO:9.
A fission protein comprising consisting of R2, R1 and F, in the N-terminus to C-terminus direction, and optionally a spacer sequence at one or more positions selected from the group consisting of:
- (i) between R2 and R1 and (ii) between R1 and F, wherein:
- R2 comprises amino acids 27-243 of SEQ ID NO:4;
- R1 comprises amino acids 28-335 of SEQ ID NO:2;
