A method of inducing tumor cell death in a subject, the method comprising administering to a subject having a tumor expressing Fn14 a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-Fn14 agonist antibody that binds human Fn14 and augments Fn14 signaling.
A method of treating a cancer in a subject, the method comprising administering to a subject having a cancer expressing Fn14 a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-Fn14 agonist antibody that binds human Fn14 and augments Fn14 signaling.
