Abstract
Novel indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitors, compositions comprising the same, and methods of use thereof are disclosed.
Claims12
A compound having indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitory activity, said compound having the formula of:
- wherein R1 is
- wherein R3 is —NH—, —O—, or —S—;
- R2 is alkenyl or —CH2—R4, wherein R4 is hydrogen or aryl;
- and n is from 0 to 3;
- with the proviso that the compound is not brassinin.
