A compound represented by the following formula (DII):

• wherein Y31, Y32 and Y33 each independently represent a methine group;
• R31, R32 and R33 each independently represents the following formula (DII-R):
• wherein A31 and A32 each independently represent a nitrogen atom;
• X3 represents an oxygen atom;
• Q31 represents a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring;
• n3 indicates an integer of from 1 to 3;
• L31 represents *—O—, *—O—CO—, *—CO—O—, or *—O—CO—O—;
• * indicates the position at which the group bonds to Q31;
• L32 represents a divalent linking group selected from —O—, —S—, —C(═O)—, —SO2—, —NH—, —CH2—, —CH═CH— and —C≡C— and a combination thereof, and when the divalent linking group contains a hydrogen atom, the hydrogen atom may be substituted with a substituent;
• Q32 represents a polymerizable group, and when the polymerizable group contains a hydrogen atom, the hydrogen atom may be substituted with a substituent;
• when n3 is 2 or more, plural Q31's may be the same or different.
