A compound of formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, or amide thereof, wherein
- n is 1;
- R1 is hydrogen or alkyl;
- R2 is alkyl, wherein the alkyl group is substituted with 1, 2, or 3 hydroxyl groups;
- L is C(O);
- X is S;
- and
- Z is heterocycle.
