A stabilized antibody-containing preparation containing acetyltryptophan or an acetyltryptophan derivative or a salt thereof as a stabilizer for controlling the decrease in the biological activity of the antibody.

A stabilized antibody-containing preparation containing an antibody and acetyltryptophan or an acetyltryptophan derivative or a salt thereof as a stabilizer capable of controlling the decrease in the biological activity of the antibody, wherein the antibody belongs to immunoglobulin class IgG and the preparation is substantially free from proteins as stabilizers.
