A computer readable medium including computer executable instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method comprising:

• accepting a reservation from a user terminal for a distribution channel on which content received from said user terminal are distributed to clients over a network, the reservation including predetermined information on said content and a future date and time of a distribution of the content;
• performing, when requested by said user terminal to post the predetermined information on said content to be distributed on said distribution channel on a top page of a predetermined site, billing processing in response to said request;
• creating a webpage including the predetermined information on said content and the future date and time of the distribution of said content on said top page;
• and
• transmitting said top page on which said predetermined information is posted to said clients charging the user of the user terminal a first fee for the predetermined service of posting the content on the web page and a second fee for the additional service of posting the presentation information on the web page.
