Abstract
Laser light (λL) within a spectrum range is generated (51g) and filtered (29g). Thereby the spectral location of the filter characteristic (λF) is shifted in a controlled manner (60) to establish a desired characteristic of output laser light as for considering a temperature depended shift (ΔÑ) of the spectrum range generated by the laser source (51g).

A method for producing output laser light with a desired characteristic comprising the steps of:
- generating laser light in a spectrum range by stabilizing laser light from an active laser device by a stabilizing filter characteristic residing at a spectral location;
- filtering said laser light generated with at least one further filter characteristic residing at a spectral location to generate said output laser light;
- shifting said spectral location of at least one of said at least one further filter characteristic in dependency from a spectral shift of said spectral location of said stabilizing filter characteristic.
A method for producing output laser light with a desired characteristic comprising the steps of:
- generating laser light in a spectrum range by stabilizing laser light from an active laser device by a stabilizing filter characteristic residing at a spectral location;
- filtering said laser light generated with at least one further filter characteristic residing at a spectral location to generate said output laser light and
- matching a shift of said spectral location of said further filter characteristic with a shift of said spectral location of said stabilizing filter characteristic.
A laser system with a laser light source comprising an active laser device and a stabilizing filter, said stabilizing filter having a stabilizing filter characteristic residing at a spectral location;
- a further optical filter having a further filter characteristic residing at a spectral location, said further optical filter having a control for said spectral location of said further filter characteristic, said control being operationally connected to a temperature sensing member sensing a temperature dependent from the temperature of said stabilizing optical filter.
A laser system comprising a laser light source including an active laser device and a stabilizing filter having a spectral filter characteristic residing at a spectral location, an output of the laser light source being operationally coupled to an input of at least one optical filter having a further spectral filter characteristic, said optical filter having a control for the spectral location of said further spectral filter characteristic dependent from said spectral location of said stabilizing filter spectral filter characteristic.
